Tim Hampton writes about what it takes to make change inside organizations. He is the author of The Hero Leads, which applies the Hero’s Journey to the reality of corporate work: uncertainty before you start, resistance once you do, and the challenge of making change stick after you succeed.

Tim lives in Toronto, where he coaches leaders and speaks on innovation, leadership, and navigating change inside organizations.

Tim is an engineer by training and has spent decades working in information technology inside a large university environment, leading teams through complexity, system constraints, and ongoing change. He has seen how hard it is to move something forward from within an established organization, especially without formal authority.
